Guarantee Of Particulars Of Goods Described In Transport Document

At the time when the goods are handed over to the multimodal transport operator for transportation, the consigner, his or her authorized agent or representative shall be deemed to have given general guarantee about the particulars of the goods described in the multimodal transport document and the particulars of the goods so handed over.
